Product Description

Phenolic Resin countertop is formed by laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin and multi-layer black kraft dipped with phenolic resin and pressing with steel plate under high temperature(150°C) and high pressure(1430psi). The thickness ranges from 5mm to 25mm by adjusting the number of pieces of kraft as needed.
Chemical-resistant Film adopts EBC electron beam curing to achieve chemical resistance.
The decorative paper is treated with melamine resin and the core is composed of kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resin.
These sheets are then bonded at pressure greater than 1430 pounds per square inch at temperatures approaching 150°C  (300°F)
